Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 3 day(s) before the arrival date.
After this period, the amount corresponding to the first night of the stay will be charged.
In case of no show, the first night will be charged.

Check-in
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on your arrival day.
The reception is open daily from 7:45 AM to 10:00 PM.
If you plan to arrive after 10:00 PM, please notify reception in advance so we can ensure your check-in is as smooth as possible.

Guarantee of Stay
Upon arrival, a valid credit card may be requested as a guarantee.

This request applies to all reservations, including those already paid for or prepaid through Booking.com or any other booking platform.
This guarantee is solely intended to cover, if applicable:

? any damage found in the room or common areas;

? any services consumed on-site that remain unpaid;

? any other amount due in accordance with the booking conditions.

No amount will be charged without a legitimate and duly justified reason.
Tourist tax is payable upon arrival by credit card.

Data Protection
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), your credit card information is processed securely by our payment provider.
Le Relais Guillaume de Normandy does not store your complete credit card details.
Payment details used as a guarantee are kept only for the duration strictly necessary for your stay.
They are deleted or no longer accessible after your departure, except when a legal obligation or a dispute justifies their retention.
Your data is never used for commercial purposes and is only transmitted to technical service providers essential for the secure processing of your payment or when required by law.

Parking
To ensure fair access for all our guests (hotel and restaurant), the parking lot is accessible from 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival.

Room Access
Our establishment does not have an elevator.
However, a free luggage assistance service is available upon request at reception.

Room Allocation
The photographs shown on our website and on various booking platforms are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual.
Rooms are allocated according to availability on the day of your arrival.
Their decor, layout, or size may vary while remaining within the reserved category.

Billing
Any stay commenced is payable in full, in accordance with the rates and booking conditions accepted upon confirmation of your stay.

Respect for the Premises
We ask that you take care of the equipment provided during your stay.
Any damage, deterioration, or loss of equipment noted after your departure may be subject to a charge, after verification and justification.
Lost and Found
Items left behind at the hotel are kept for a limited time.
They can be reshipped upon request, with packaging and shipping costs remaining the responsibility of the guest.
Relais Guillaume de Normandy cannot be held responsible for items not claimed within a reasonable timeframe.

This clause is very common in the hotel industry and usefully complements your stay conditions.
